Amy Henry is a visionary leader, technologist, published author, athlete and spiritual warrior devoted to reclaiming prosperity for communities that have been marginalized, forgotten, or left behind.

With a foundation in international supply chain, fintech, and strategic operations, Amy’s career began in the fast-paced world of startups, ultimately rising to VP of Operations by age 28. Her path later took her through American Express and high-level consulting roles, shaping her into a master of business development, transformation, and financial innovation.

But Amy’s greatest work was born not in the boardroom, but through motherhood and her sacred spiritual journey—a reawakening that shifted her perspective from profit to purpose, from doing to BEING of service to others.

That calling became The Celestial Ark Organization.

At Celestial Ark, Amy leads a groundbreaking initiative to digitize natural resources—like water, crops, and minerals—into community-owned cryptocurrency. These tokens give power back to Indigenous tribes and underserved populations by turning untapped local assets into real, usable wealth. Her technology is built on the blockchain, but her mission is rooted in empowerment, transparency, and the path back to Spirit.

Amy also runs Lighthouse ExoTech, a tech services firm, and is the creator of The D.E.S.I.R.E. Method™, a holistic wellness program that creates synergy of spirit, mind and body. She is the author of "Big Desire", a personal memoir, and "Little Mousy and Old Rat", a children's book about the importance of listening to your elders.

In true consummate Warrior spirit, Jono has always lived a life of deeply committed service — to better and protect all those around him, even those who have never met him. From serving in 1982 as a U.S. Army Airborne Ranger in the 75th RANGER Regiment, U.S. Army Special Operations Command, to volunteering countless hours in hospitals across Atlanta and North Carolina — including emergency departments and even surgical units when staff was scarce — Jono’s mission has never wavered.

And now, as the universe would have it, he was sourced and smashed together with Amy Henry, truly one of the most powerful spirits he’s ever encountered. She holds the exact same mission and vision: “To open eyes, to change and save lives.”

Jono also volunteered and worked at the Shepherd Center Specialty Hospital in Atlanta, strengthening both the bodies and deeply despairing morale of those suffering from spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injury, muscular dystrophy, and spinal muscular atrophy.

It was here that Jono learned some of the most important life lessons: that literally nothing is impossible. That even the most severely injured can truly walk again. These visceral, powerful visual inspirations — much like those he experienced with his brothers in the Ranger Regiment — hit him like a lightning bolt. A paradigm shift. He decided right then to live every single day fearlessly, freely, and ultimately, limitlessly.

In a rare moment of divinely inspired action, Jono committed to helping everyone feel this way — to live without fear. He founded Extreme Resources, and later, the more widely known Hairy Scary Evolutions. As a poly-extreme adventure athlete, Jono engineered mind-blowing transformational experiences that immediately shocked people into paradigm shifts — taking the ordinary, every-day person and awakening the extraordinary within.

Take “The Hydro-Rage,” for example — rappelling through a 300-foot raging waterfall in the middle of a Class 4 hurricane. These mind-blowing feats would deeply rewire a person’s psyche. Because if they could survive that (and they always did), nothing else in their life would ever seem impossible again.

Jono has changed hundreds — possibly thousands — of lives. He’s trained senior VPs and CEOs from top Fortune 100 and 500 corporations, special operations personnel, federal law enforcement, fire departments, private groups, and even children as young as five.

Through Hairy Scary Evolutions, he also organized large-scale sporting events such as the Back to the Chattahoochee River Race and the First Annual United States Adventure Racing Association National Championships in Sapphire Valley, NC, where he rigged a 1,000-foot, 8-lane rappel off Big Green Mountain.

Despite the press and acclaim — features in Time Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, CNN/Headline News, and numerous local publications — Jono has never been about the glory. His laser focus remains on finding and helping as many people as possible who are in greater need than himself — to help them become better, fearless, and limitless.

Enduring the Sun Dance - Jono has always crushed his limits — physically, mentally, emotionally — through some of the most grueling challenges known (and some unknown). All to gain that unstoppable, fearless mindset that young Braves would cultivate through the sacred tribal rite known as The Sun Dance.

He’s raced in national endurance mountain bike races lasting 12 to 24 hours, and expedition-length adventure races spanning 5 to 7 days and covering 300–500 miles nonstop. He qualified for and raced in two World Solo Mountain Biking Championships, events where racers compete for 25 hours straight — no sleep, only 3–5 minute pit stops for food and hydration while still on the bike, navigating the most technically dangerous trails on Earth.

Corporate Sector & Sales Experience - Jono worked in the corporate security sector for a Japanese high-tech firm, representing their biometric access control and global tracking systems to the U.S. government, military, federal law enforcement, the Department of Energy, and the Atlanta Olympics. He also worked at UPS Headquarters in Atlanta in the Plant Engineering/Security division, inspecting and enhancing security protocols at both trucking and airport hubs.

In sales and marketing, Jono has done everything from cold-calling and door-to-door sales for a national lawn company to selling high-end fitness memberships and presenting biometric systems at COMDEX trade shows. He insists that door-to-door sales for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution was his greatest teacher.
